Wendy Fraser Harlan

My great grandfather, Charles Fraser came to America by ship in the early 1900s to work in globe Arizona as a copper mine builder. His family owned the Fraser boat works in Mevagissey, Cornwall England. He and my great grandmother had two sons and my Grandfather-Carol Monroe Fraser-what is the oldest. He was a trombone player and went out to Hollywood with my grandmother and worked for NBC studios in the 30s 40s 50s and radio and then trance furred to television and continue to work for NBC through the mid 70s. He was a sound effects man and was very well known for radio shows and TV shows that he worked on. My father, Noel Monroe Fraser, and my mother moved to Thousand Oaks California when I was born and my brother Andrew and I grew up there. With my grandparents we went to many Fraser clan gatherings in Southern California and my grandparents traveled to Scotland to meet lord love it in the late 1970s. When my husband and I went to Scotland a few years ago, we were in Inverness for the Highland games and met some Fraser representatives who had actually met my grandparents when they traveled there. I also got to meet Lord love it at a clan gathering in about 1979. I love my Fraser family!
