I am trying to track down my past/heritage and I go all the way down to James Fraser (1612-1649) Sir of Brae Governor of Inverness (who seem to die in Lovat Castle). Basically I am interested in helping create my branch (an offset that went to Australia) and hopefully find myself in Scotland some day! :).
I would like to tell my kids about their once-Scottish-blood, and interestingly enough I may have found an all-male chain from the original French strawberry "Fraisers" all the way down to my mother. Perhaps you can help me with the findings, not sure.
Either way, I would love to join the Clan, as, in Spain, we keep the mother's surname (we have the father's and the mothers), so I am a "Raul Alvaro Fraser". Warm greetings from Sweden!
