My mother was born Elaine Fraser, my grandfather was Finlay Fraser, I have not traced my genealogy back further but have been told by my grandparents and great aunts and uncle that our ancestors were Frasers too. My mother is ethnically glaswegian as both her mother and father were from Glasgow, but she was born in Nottingham, as was I and my brother.
