Furthest back confirmed relative is Roderick Fraser who seems to have died July 1792 in Sterling. His son Alexander seemed to have the moved to Manchester, Lancashire. His Grandson, Andrew (1810-1853) was one of the first policemen in the UK (constable in both Manchester and Halifax). I have matched with a few people who claim they are descended from the Lovat line although I have no concrete proof myself.
