My mother was Dorothy Fraser of Rockhampton Queensland Australia, daughter of William Wakefield Fraser, great grand daughter of William Fraser of Scotland. My great uncle was Donald Lovat Fraser also of Rockhampton. I have not yet been able to trace where in Scotland my people came from or their family history. I will be coming over in early October 2019 to visit the birthplace of my Father’s people, the MacGregors/Grieves of Selkirk and Lindean. I would love to know of any places of significance to visit regarding the Frasers of Lovat while I am there.
